Tate & Lyle uses Timely for appointment bookings, client management and related services.

When you make or manage an appointment, information such as your name, contact details, appointment details, service history and other relevant booking information may be processed through Timely.

  • Provide our services;

  • Send booking confirmations and reminders;

  • Maintain client and service records;

  • Record relevant preferences;

  • Administer our cancellation and no-show policies; and

  • Communicate with you regarding your appointments.

Timely operates its own systems and handles information in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and terms.

4. TimelyPay – payments

Tate & Lyle uses TimelyPay to process payments associated with our services.

When you make a payment, pay a deposit or incur an authorised charge, relevant payment and transaction information may be processed through TimelyPay.

Tate & Lyle does not ordinarily independently store complete payment-card details processed through TimelyPay.

We may retain or have access to transaction information including:

  • The amount paid;

  • Transaction date;

  • Payment status;

  • Deposits;

  • Refunds;

  • Cancellation or no-show charges; and

  • Information reasonably required for accounting, administration or resolving a transaction or dispute.

Payment information processed through TimelyPay is also subject to Timely's applicable privacy, payment and security terms.
